Connect Staffing was born from the merger of Connect Health Services (established in 2004) and Elite Hospitality Personnel (established in 2015).

Paul is the Director at Connect Staffing, a business leader, 40 under 40 winner, WA Council member of the RCSA, National WorldSkills judge and a culinary judge.
In 2015, after working as a qualified chef in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, Paul founded Elite Hospitality Personnel (now Connect Staffing) to meet the demand for skilled staff in the industry.
Since that time Paul has been instrumental in helping to grow Connect Staffing in size and capability. The company, which was named by the Australian Financial Review as one of the fastest growing companies in 2021, now employs over 600 active staff and supports the staffing needs of some of Australia’s largest healthcare, aged care, hospitality and facilities management companies.
In 2022, as a result of many of the practices implemented by Paul and his team, Connect was recognised as a Great Place to Work® by its staff. Paul is a champion of flexible work practices, an active mentor in the business community and an advocate for creating supportive, mutually beneficial relationships between employers and employees.
